World Hunting Adventures – Membership & Refund Policy

Membership Term

All World Hunting Adventures memberships are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of initial sign-up or activation.

Memberships automatically renew annually and will be automatically charged (auto-debited) on the original sign-up date each year unless canceled in accordance with this policy.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time.

Refund Policy

World Hunting Adventures does not issue refunds for membership fees once a payment has been processed.

Any purchases, transactions, refunds, disputes, or agreements made through an individual member’s website, store, or business listing are strictly between the customer and the member. World Hunting Adventures has no responsibility or involvement in product-level refunds, returns, or customer service for member-run businesses.

WHA only manages membership access and platform services, not individual member commerce operations.
